Rates and Reservations
Christmas and New Year (1 Dec - 31 Jan): USD $550 per night. One week minimum booking.
Peak Rates (1 Feb - 28 Feb; 1 Jul - 31 Aug): USD $500 per night
Standard Rates (1 Mar - 30 Jun; 1 Sept - 30 Nov): USD $450 per night
Booking conditions: These rates are based on 4-person occupancy. Additional people can be accommodated at USD $60 per night. 50% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining 50% final payment due 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival, 50% deposit is lost. If cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival, the full payment is lost. Full payment is required to secure bookings of 5 nights or less. Minimum Stay 2 nights. Please contact us if booking for longer than 14 days; we offer discounts for long-term bookings excluding Christmas and New Year.
